A Few Belated Pictures From Colorado

Last month, we had the privilege of representing Vision Forum at the Home Educators Convention held in Denver, Colorado. Although some of us had a few challenges adjusting to the air (or lack thereof), we had a fantastic time talking with and meeting many of the courageous home educators in this fair State.

After the conclusion of the conference, we spent a few days traversing some of the beauties of this mountainous region. Rocky Mountain National Park was our first destination point, and it lived up to our every dream. Rugged, beautiful, serene, majestic . . . there simply aren't enough words to describe this slice of God's Country. With a few pictures from our time there, I hope to convey just a sampling of the awesome majesties of our Savior's Creation.

Snow! The first I'd seen in over 2 years. Yes, it was June. :)

How beautiful! Your pictures make me want to hop over a few states and visit Colorado. : ) It would be a wonderful respite for the midwestern summer heat.

Enjoy your DSL! We just got high-speed too--isn't it such a blessing! : )

My poor pictures do little justice to the beauty found in Colorado, but I'm glad you enjoyed them.

Speaking of pictures, although I've been remiss in commenting, I've thoroughly loved your pictures and commentary on Jamestown these past several weeks. Thanks so much for all your hard work which has enabled many to feel as if they were also at that historic celebration.
